Pastor Jim was born and raised in Long Island NY. While stationed in Thailand with the US Air Force, he was arrested for a misdemeanor and placed in a Thai jail in May of 1973. It was there he entered into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and was saved. After his release he received an Honorable Discharge in August of 1973. He moved to Connecticut where he met Judy. They were married in 1974. After graduating from Sacred Heart University in 1976, they moved to Dallas where he graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1981. In 1983, the Lord called him back to Connecticut where he became the Associate Pastor of the Christ Community Church in Collinsville. In 1993 Jim became the Pastor of the Christ Community Church in Collinsville. Jim and Judy have 3 grown children: Jeannette, Jim and Joanna, and three adorable grandchildren.
